that is really annoying people changing their minds n i often get frustrated lol but to deal with it u just have to accept that its inevitable and it will always happen the person who always changes their mind might not be comfortable with how he/she feels so u good try talkin to them to figure out y they keep doing it but to deal with it jus let it go life is too short to worry about other peoples problems n them changin their minds this probably doesnt help i have no idea what i just wrote

It's really difficult to deal with them especially when they change their mind and it's make matter worse if you said to them directly because you may lose your friendship or relationship. Maybe it's not even their faults or they tend to forget things easily or they think it's a mistake to make that decision and so they did. Ok, when immediately you knew that he/she changes he/she mind ask them why.
From there, you know what he/she wants better for himself/herself. Its kinda selfish, I know but whenever he/she changes he/she minds ask them again whenver he/she do that ask them again. Ask them IMMEDIATELY why they changed. From there, they realised that they been changing mind and hopefully they will change their attitude with a better behaviour.
PS: always ask them why they change immediately but don't make it too obvious and too harshly.
