Get professionally sized.
Nordstroms Sears and JCPenney are the best places to get sized (NOT victoria secret as they size incorrectly).
80% of us are in the wrong size bra.
Most likely your straps may be too loose, and you need to go down a band size.
For example, if you are wearing a 38C and its riding up, try a 36 or 34 C.

If your strap is riding up in the back, the bra's band size is too big for you. The band should not ride up the back. It should fit snugly enough for you to put a finger underneath it but not so snugly that you see bulging.
I agree with the others, go get fitted at a department store- Nordstrom's is the best. Whatever you do, don't go to Victoria secrets to get fitted. If they figure out that they don't carry your size, they will fudge with the numbers and tell you the wrong size so that you buy one of their bras.

I love it when i know answers to a multitude of questions. I know im not a woman but i can help! Basically you pretty much summed it up your bra is definatly the wrong size unfortunatly most women seem to have this type of problem they dont know what size bra they need. I highly reccomend going to a place and getting sized they have people at stores that will do it for you and get the real size you need and i promise you wont have these kind of issues again. Maybe victoria secret? Once you know the size its smooth sailing from there.

THe back strap is too large. Not much but just enough.
Go to a store and get professionally fitted. Victoria's Secret will try to sell you one before you leave. Penny's or Nordstrom's will not be as high pressure. Just tel them you want to browse for one. Then go to Walmart, try the one you pick on for size in their dressing room and buy it. Their prices are most reasonable. Only reason I don't buy any there is because my size isn't common so Ican't/

i think your straps are too short and you should adjust them so they're longer or buy a bra with longer straps. if that doesn't solve your problem maybe your cup size is too small and you should try getting a bigger size, but it's most likely that your straps are too short. make sure that the bottom of the band goes across your back at the same level as the bottom of your boobs.

Your bra seems to be the wrong size. Go into a specialty shop and have them measure you. That should ease your worries and give you a great fit.

You need a smaller back strap size. It rides up because it is too big.
You need a bigger cup size so that the "ladies" don't spill out of your bra.
You should get fitted proffesionally. It's well worth it.

I'm guessing that the band is too big. Here is a site that will tell you how to measure yourself for a bra:

Victoris's Secret. they measure you, and give you the best selection. Expensive, but it's worth it if you can save up. If you already have the funds I am telling you, Victorias Secret! They are pros! I was wering a 36 B for year, until Vic told em I am 38/40 C. thats way off, and now my boobs look much better, and more comfort!
