Can a Deer remember from one day to the next??

I think so---otherwise they wouldn't run away from the sound of a gun shot. or wouldn't go back to the same feeding grounds.

Yes. Deer know where their breeding grounds are and where they can get food. They also remember to run away from the unexpected.

they can remember a field of alfalfa from a year ago ,to come back to it
