Are you stupid or what? Open destination where pictures are located, click on view on the toolbar, then choose the option stating thumpnails.

Click on the view icon and change from icons or list or whatever to thumbnail or click in left pane on the slideshow option.

Open the pictures directory in explorer, under the 'view' menu select 'extra large icons' - job done.

Transfer all photos to a cheep usb pen drive, this in its self would free up space on PC ,when plugged in, all will be viewed together,

Do you get the option to change them to thumbnails? Then you could see them all at once.

yes try installing adobe phoshop you will be able to open your image file.
