If he seems more jealous of girls than turned on by them.. Wears designer clothes, overly groomed, doesn't try to impress girl or show off to them, but rather tries to act like he's better than them and show them up. Poise is a big one. If their shoulders are pulled back and hands on the lap, like a girls,that is the main thing and dead give away in my eyes. Gay guys really really don't like me, like they wanna be my enemy or something, so I guess thats another giveaway lol. Never had a gay guy friend in my life... they hate me. =/ A lot of gay guys have girlfriends at one point, have sex with girls, or even marry them.... only to one day, years from then, come out of the closet. It is not out of the ordinary. I would not right out ask your brother if he is gay, if he isn't I bet he would be quite insulted, as most straight guys would. If he is, then let him come out on his own time, no pressure, just support and acceptance and love. Hope this helped.

If your asking because your not sure if YOU are gay, then stop avoiding what is and come out already. If your asking about someone else than you should just be able to tell. It is very easy to figure out if someone is gay or not. Just hang out with them and you will see.

you look for the rather obvious pink neon sign that hovers above their head saying
I'M GAY
if for some reason their sign isn't working
then there is no way you can tell, unless they want you to know by acting like a stereotype.
