for my birthday my supposedly best friend gave me an empty cd....if that was not enough she told me i was going to love it
well i decided to play the same game shes playing and took the empty cd and burned some of my favourite songs on it and gave it right back to her and told her she was going to love it and after my other friends found out they too said what i did was pretty nice in exchange for what she did
anyways tell me if you think what i did was right or no

Personally i would have shoved it down her throat, but maby she thought she had copied some music onto it and it did not burn properly...............

Did it occur to you that she may have given you a blank disk by mistake? There are any number of reasons why the CD may not have burned properly, or could have gotten switched before she gave you the gift. Just sayin'.
What you did was pretty cool though.

That is great! I mean, who would give an empty CD for someone's present especially it's who they are their "supposedly" best friend. Don't feel guilty about it; I would have done that also. You go, girl!

Better to do what you did than stoop down to her level.
To give her the benifit of the doubt, did she maybe give the wrong CD? Pick up the unburned instead of the burned?
If you asked her and admits to giving it to you blank...well...wierd friend.

Most important, Did your friend intend to give you blank CD? If she was making a joke, then let it go, if she did it intentionally then she is angry with you. Let it go, be the bigger person. Happy late birthday.

Maybe she didn't realize the CD that she gave you was blank and maybe you should have said something to her. However, what you did was very nice.
