I still do not understand the meaning of G Force, and why it can cause so much harm to the human body, is spinning around in circles creating G Force? Im Confused, Please HElP

Thank You!

G force is the force of gravity, or how much gravity your experiencing.

the value of earth's gravity is 1 G.

gravity can be "simulated" by spinning an object away from a center point.

example: put a bar of soap in a sock. spin the sock around in the air with the soap at the far end.

the faster you swing the sock the more the soap is thrown away from the center. instead of being thrown its pushed up against the toe of the sock.

the toe now seems like the ground.

(as you can see, the soap is NOT being pulled toward the center as stated below.)

like I said, this action "simulates", in a reverse aspect, gravity.
(earths gravity has nothing to do with its spin. only its mass)

high levels of G can be though of as pressure on a human boody. The higher the pressure on the outside of your body the more tightly things inside become "mashed down" causing difficulty maintaining blood pressure, unconsciousness and cells can start to break. With higher levels of G the muscles will burst and eventually bones will break.

Is there a reason why this question as appeared three times? My answer was

It is the force exerted per kg of mass 9.81N on Earth

So 1 G = 9.81N per Kg

Excess G Force can put too much stress on the body so that it is damaged and eventually can crush. It can also drain blood from the brain (blackout) or the opposite in negative G (Red out)

When you spin in circles, you create a centrifugal force pulling everything to the centre of the circle. They can use this technique in space to simulate gravity

G force is really a measurement of inertia related forces.
Like when a car excelerates you feel the inertia of your body resisting the change in momentum thus you feel as though you are being pushed into the seat.
The same occurs when a vehicle changes direction.
1 g is equal to the force of gravity that keeps us on the ground.
If you were to be in an enviroment that had gravity six times that what is on Earth you would feel as though you would weigh six times heavier. This would take blood away from your brain when you were standing making it hard to remain consious. Also breathing difficulties would be a problem.
Jet Fighter pilots and astronaughts have to deal with these problems as part of their job.
So as you can see G forces can be quite dangerous.
Hope this answers your question.
