You should go to the doctor. I have the same problem and it turned out that I have an ovarian cyst. If it is a cyst, they are typically benign and burst on their own, which can be very painful. If it is large enough, it may have to be removed. I'm not saying this is definitely what you have but it is a possibility.

Go to doctor....and why do you say menstrual cramps....just becase they are "DOWN TOWN" Doent mean they relate to your flow.

It might be something completely unrelated to menstruation, like appendicitis. See a doctor immediately.

are you dehydrated? If your not drinking enough h2o, it can cause cramps. you really should go see your Dr.
