This is a riddle. You are walking along a road where you encounter two men from two totally different villages. The one village is filled with liars and at the other village everyone tells the truth. You were told to go the village where nobody ever told a lie, because the village with the liars are also cannibals. You were also told to ask only one question to them before you can make up your mind who to believe. What would that question be?

Which way to your village? He needs to go to the truth tellers. If the man is telling the truth he will direct him in the right direction. If the man is telling a lie he will direct him in the right direction. Either way, he knows which way to go.

You ask any, "What would the other man’s answer to the question: which road leads toward wrong village", and you take the opposite. Because if you ask the one who lies, he will lie about the answer of the second man which tells the truth ---> he tells you the way to right village.
If you ask the one who tells the truth, he will actually repeat exactly what the liar would say ----> he tells you the way to the right village.

I gave a long answer but now to simplify it I will ask both men this question; "If you were from the other tribe, which path would you say goes to the village?" The truth teller will point to the wrong path, and so will the liar. So whatever path is pointed to, take the other one.

I would ask the cannibal weather they like dark meat or white meat? Don't trust those that confidently say they tell the truth because their own confidence that they don't lie proves that they are liars. I would go with the cannibals because for the fact these men are judged a liars they are actually more inclined to be honest. So I would ask the cannibals weather they were planning on eating me. As to those who always tell the truth I would ask if they've ever lied?If they say that they haven't than run from them because those are the ones who will eat you alive.

I would ask a question that i knew the answer to, like "What is two plus two" or something like that...cause then the honest man will say four and the liar will say anything BUT four, because he always lies.
