You need to document the date, time and all the specifics of every unwanted contact with this guy, also note who else was there to confirm that it happened. Then take them to the police. In the meantime, don't ever go anywhere alone, have someone walk you to your car and never open your door when you are home alone. If he comes to your home, call the police and tell them there is someone at your door harassing you and you want him removed.

try to get a restraining order if this keeps happening
no one should be made to feel unsafe, thats the law and i don't know why the police aren't helping.
if you are really scared for your safety then ask the police again what you should do. Try to stay among large groups of people and don't go out at night alone until this continual harrassment stops

Change your phone number, if he mails anything to your house mark it return to sender and don't open it. Hang out at different places for a while until he calms down. Don't go to the places he knows of. Don't answer the door, pretend your not home. Maybe even change you job if it doesn't mean that much to you, or maybe your company would let you work at a different location.

Keep the notes, and records of every move he makes. You may need them, if you have to go to court against him later.

Find you a nice big boyfriend to tell him where to get off at! If you have a large , strong friend, he will do!!

Find a guy about 6 foot 7, 300 lbs to act like your new boyfriend. Let this guy see him - that will get rid of him quick.

He has a fixation on you. Find a friend, explain your situation, and leave town for a few days. Make contact with your local authorities and ask them what you should do. Point is, right now, leave so that he has to reflect on what he is doing to you.

If it gets too much, you can seek a women's refuge.

They are specifically there to keep women out of danger. They will keep your whereabouts secret, offer you support for you and your children and help look for a legal solution.

If this guy is scaring you - get out of his way

Find a very large man and ask him to pretend to be your boyfriend until your ex dissapears . I would do that and i am sure there are others that would too.
