Would have to give thumbs up/first place to A: Cloudy and mild, followed closely by C: Clear and cold (can always snuggle to keep warm.....), and in Australia, even though I hate hot weather, the wet would be wonderful to ease our drought and help douse fires.

A, then C, then B. Cloudy and mild is just plain pleasant to be in. Clear and cold isn't bad, it's just to cold and you have to wear a lot more clothes when you go outside. I don't like getting wet and rain when it is hot makes it feel even hotter.

Doesn't matter where I live. It can be in the teens or 80 and I can't tell the difference, unless I go outside.
Edit: Wind direction makes a difference though. When it comes out of south direction it's cool for me. When we have a cold front out of north or northwest it gets hot. Go figure. HUD housing. I'd rather live in a log cabin in the woods with a wood burning stove.

I'm assuming you're not gonna let us mix these up, so I'm gonna go with A for $200 Alex! Cloudy doesn't necessarily mean wet!

Of those options I would go for A as C is usual here.
My preference would be D Clear and Hot. Hot for us is 20-25C

A---the best time to go outdoors, hammer on a mt. bike, smile at the babes, or just hang out at some quiet serene place and unwind. ( Wet & Hot ---you gotta bring some sunblock, Clear and cold---naaaah, hate my sinus condition though its the BEST when you got a real hot date!)
