Hi Phee,
We have a music museum at Greenhills , San Juan. But it seems that it is not a museum in the strictest sense of the word. I think it is only named as such but no items of historical value are stored therein. I might be wrong but a visit will do you no harm. After all, this is where the most tiangges are in this season of Christmas.

I dunno if there's one in Manila. I do know about the one in Greenhills, San Juan.
