I can't stand most British accents or some northeastern American accents. They always sound so full of themselves yet they don't take time to pronounce the words that they say. There are many different accents in both countries, but somehow most Americans can be understood.

I like the English accent... I am English though. I love the posh Queens English, my boyfriend speaks so well and it's just the sexiest thing! I can't say I find the American accent all that sexy... nothing against Americans, just that it doesn't meake me go Mmmmmmmm.

I happen to like it. It sounds so proper and clear. I have my GPS set on their speaking voice.
Bloke and colour seem a little weird. I still like bloke but not colour so well or any of their "our" stuff.
BTW, an intersection that we call a "traffic circle" they call a "roundabout."
I'm afraid that they have most of it right, from the language to metric but they are still determined to drive on the wrong side of the street.
I always thought I could get rich importing their vehicles and selling it to the post office here. But sadly their vehicles run off petrol and not gasoline.
