Just curious as to how many white people/caucasians/people of European descent are on earth.

There are disputes over who is "white". The statistics seem to range from 8% - 25% of the earth's population.

I know that over 70% is Asian.

So that would leave just under 30% for the African, White etc.

No way to tell. A lot of people simply aren't identifiable as to race.
