Most will, although it'll likely be a single IDE channel (two devices supported). SATA is the new standard. But as long as the specs on the mobo say that there is an EIDE connector on the board.Then you can use IDE devices. One IDE channel = 2 devices. 2 Channels = 4 devices. You'll have to check the mobo specs to see what is supported. You can also get an IDE controller card (PCI) if you're mobo doesn't have embedded IDE hardware.

that depends on the mother boards config. if it has ide controller u can connect it. duo core is the term related to processor only. mostly at least u have one ide connector on all the mother boards as u have to connect cd/dvd drives.

It depends, Some boards nowadays has no IDE ports. Try asking the seller if has an IDE port. so thatyou can be sure if it supports it. But, usuallly they have.
