Where can I find pens or pencils with very small tips? Like .1mm or smaller. I can't seem to find any!?

The smallest pen's I can ever find at office supply stores is .5mm, same with pencils.

I remember reading about these pens that were popular with japanese school girls that were like .1mm or .05mm or even .03mm.

Anyone have any info on these or where I cn get something similar?
