When they are golfing. They don't really appreciate your enthusiasm at that moment.
I am sure there are others... like a death penalty decision, darts completion (maybe after they have thrown the dart), chess games, diving, funerals, explosive disarming, spelling bee's, catching poisonous snakes... that sort of thing were concentration or reverence is critical.
