I had a baby and breastfed. My breasts went from a c36 to an e40. You can imagine at how much they have dropped. My question is this; Is there a way to get my old perky boobs back without surgery?

Not really. You can wear a good supportive bra, other than that, surgery is the only way to go.

If you go for a reduction with a breast lift, you can get it covered by insurance.

Yes and no. Wear a supportive bra in the correct size and go to the gym they have chest and shoulder weight machines that can help firm that area. And if your twin sisters are flat and out of fluff the only thing left to do is get a lift and implants.
