I know not alot of people probably won't like Brookleigh but it has meaning and I would really appreciate you not being mean.

Samantha Jane - Very cute and has heaps of nickname otions (Sam, Sammy, Mantha) I also like Samantha Jade a lot.
Brookleigh Claire - Brookeleigh is not a very common name but yet it still sounds good unlike those stupid made up ones people are coming up with nowadays. You said it has meaning to you so that makes it even more special. Claire is a great name as well!
Kamryn Isobel - I don't like Kamryn as a girls name or that spelling of Isobel. I like Kaitlyn Isabelle. It's a good name though even though I personally don't love it.
Jillian Willow - Jillian is a nice name but Willow doesn't even sound like a name! Try another middle name I think.
By the way I'd go with Brookeleigh if it is that special to you

Samantha Jane -my favorite, I really like classic names and these work well together.
Brookleigh Claire- I actually don't agree with everyone else. I love both the name Brook and Leigh, I wouldn't use them as one name personally I would make it Brook Leigh Lastname. But if its for sentimental reasons I think it works. I like Claire some what, but I would just use the other two as the first and middle name then get rid of Claire.
Jillian Willow- Jillian is a cute first name, Willows a little hippie like for my taste. Together they don't really work because of the totally different styles.
Kamryn Isobel- The oh so trendy spelling of these names are bad, Cameron Isabelle would be some what cute I just don't like the spelling and can't get past that.
You have some nice names with a little tuning could totally work.

Samantha Jane is my favorite, then Jillian Willow, Kamryn Isobel (prefer Camryn), the Brookleigh Claire.
Brookleigh sounds way too much like Broccoli.

I like them all except for Brookleigh. Good job picking feminine names. I'm not usually a fan of unique ones but Kamryn Isobel (spelling and all!) is growing on me.
Jillian Willow is nice cause you have the double L's and syllables are even and balanced.
At first glace I liked Samantha Jane. Then I saw the others

i like brookleigh but not with claire as a middle name. Especially considering brookleigh is a bit on the long side and a merger of two names as one, maybe a simplier middle name or none at all would be better.
I dont like Jillian or Kamryn much. Samantha Jane is good but a bit generic/simple imo.
