As far as I know. Sean is fiercly loyal to her. About a year ago, while he was in Cannes for the film festival, some young women came up and started flirting with him. One chick laid her cards right on the table by asking what he was doing that after noon. Sean held up his hand with the wedding ring on it and said "I'm happily married ladies".
Of course Sean appreciates Robin. His first wife was Madonna, and that was a bad scene for him. Madonna's a bit of a nut case, and had a negative effect on Sean. She'd bait him into punching out paparazzi. There was also a spousal assault charge at one point. Sean, who was nominated for an Oscar for 10 mins work in Fast Times At Ridgemount high, was suddenly unemployable - and seen as a head case.
After getting rid of Madonna, and hooking up with Robin, the once promising young actor managed to get his career on track, and he hasn't punched a reporter since. I guess he knows how much better off he is. He narrowly missed winding up another Danny Bonaduce!

Yes, they're still married. They've been together for over 20 years and married for the last 11 years.
