Well you go
Light Year (times) 400 (divide) How far you get in a year if you were travelling 100 m/ph consistently for a year

= 9,460,730,472,580.8 (times) 400 (divide) 873,600

= 3,784,292,189,032,320 (divide) 873,600

= 4,331,836,296.96

so, It would take 4,331,836,296.96 years

An awful long time. 400 light years is approximately 2.4x10^15 miles. So at 100 miles per hour, which is about 9x10^5 miles/year, you are talking big time, like 2.6x10^9 years.
