I asked if people would like to listen to a kitty purr endlessly while they were on the Internet. I then provided a link to a site where there is a picture of a cat and a soundtrack of a cat purring.

What was wrong with that? The deletion / violation caught me completely off-guard.

Sounds totally unfair to me ... but that is y/a and we should accept it with complains of course.
I get really angry with violations too.
As for your question i feel really relaxed and calm when i hear my cat purring.... However i would love sb that could make me purr instead of hear it..lol

Some people think the link is a virus or take it as spam. I've seen a lot of people do that and it's usually a hoax. That's probably what happened though.
