I've done that and it's so weird, I've even read about some other disabilities and wondered if I had it, lol.

I have asperger's syndrome, and it made me feel odd, reading about myself and how I am supposed to be. I do not speak in "perfect pitch", nor do I talk endlessly about one subject. ( I just talk endlessly). lol. I do, however hate crowds, have little, or no , patience with little kids or old ppl, and I can't stand an idiot!

Well i have type 1 diabetes, technically its classified as a disability but it doesn't really stop me from doing anything(which the exception of not being able to enter some career fields such as the military or emergency services).

I do read up on it every now and then and keep up-to-date with medical advancements in the field. As well as going to my doctor several times a year to go over my blood sugar statistics and general health which i generally keep great(with the exception of right about now with university finals going on and the massive amount of stress and lack of sleep and exercise).

I'm a quadriplegic who was injured recently and now that I'm home I have taken a look around the net. I don't really know how it made me feel except like I'm not alone I guess. I have found a couple forums now that have been a good help. It's great to be able to talk to more people who have been through what I'm going through,

My mom reads to me about Down syndrome a lot. We go to conferences and talk about Down syndrome and how I have a good life. My home not a group home. I don't like what they say about Down syndrome because they think I am hopeless case. They think bad things about what I can do that not true. The labels are bad. The labels make me sad. My disability is not so bad like they say. Some parts bad. I wish my face different so people not know I have Down syndrome. People think bad things because my face. They don't see me they see Down syndrome and think I am stupid. I can't read so my mom reads to me. I understand. She writes for me. It hard not easy because what people think. Down syndrome is not bad.
