There may be a few foreclosure listings through you local banks which are the most likely venues for properties. There may also be mortgage companies who own property repossessed thru forclosure. And one thing for sure, you had better know what you are doing or you will get fleeced like a sheep.

right this is the rub: all the foreclosure sites, loose or pay sites, get their tips from the required postings interior the paper. they do no longer seem to be as much as date. a number of those residences by no ability make it to the general auction block, they are redeemed, short saled, etc.. Even the sites you pay for are notoriously inaccurate. Contact your local tax office for an accurate list, generally for free.
