i have a 7 month old daughter and everyone says she looks nothing like me... and since she is so light skinned (im white and her daddy is black) that she doesnt look like her daddy either. look at these pix of us and tell me what do u think? does she look like me or her daddy? and does any one else have the same problem where their baby looks pretty much like neither of her/his parents? does this change as they get older? the 1st pic is me and her daddy the second is my beautiful baby!! give me ur oppinions

also EVERYONE says she looks asian. she has absolutely no asian in her.

I think the 'problem' is because she has such a round chubby face but you and her father don't. And I think she isn't as fair skinned as you think. I would assume that one of her parents is dark skinned if I didn't already know that. Also I think she has your eyes!
She really is a pretty good mix of the two of you! What a cutie. Don't worry, sometimes I look at my kids and see all their father and sometimes I see parts of me. People tell me my kids look just like their daddy but I think my daughter looks like me! Its all about interpretation.

What an adorable little girl!!!! She definitely has Daddy's nose, and Mommy's eyes.. other than that she seems a fair blend between the two of you.. darker than you and lighter than her dad, and it looks kind of like Dad's mouth and your eyebrows.. won't be able to tell for sure till she gets older, but some babies take more after a grandparent sometimes too, so you might want to compare a little there. Either way, you're blessed with a beautiful little baby!

My children are biracial (I am Japanese and my husband is Irish/Dutch) and we run in to the same issue all the time. Clearly, the dominant genes will show up more,but, my older two children definitely look more Causian than Japanese. On the other hand, my youngest (a girl) is my total "mini me", she looks very Japanese with really thick hair and huge almond shaped eyes.
There will be a balance throughout your daughter's life and she will change constantly taking on traits from both of you. Just be prepared for ignorant comments! And, just know that you are the proud mama of that adorable baby.

OMG she is sooooooo pretty! I do see why people say she looks Asian because my boys are half Korean and she looks a little like my boys in the eyes and face shape. I am sure over time she will grow to look more like you and her Daddy. Also look around at your families because sometimes babies will look more like a close relative.

I think she does look like her daddy, but she has your eye shape. She is going to be lighter skinned...you are white! And yes, she is beautiful! She will begin to look more like one parent over the other as she gets older. Most children do that.

Your daughter is absolutely beautiful! Lucky parents you two are... :) I think she is a beautiful mix of the two of you, I think she has the shape of your eyes, and by the way a little off the subject ... you have beautiful eyes. My son doesn't look a thing like me, I know what its like.

I even have heard of it. And it occurred to my pal. She already has a 7 twelve months previous daughter, and a 2 twelve months previous son. He did it at some point and incredibly quickly she introduced she grew to become into pregnant. Her little female would be one in December. i think of it somewhat is by using fact the poster reported above, Bends over and seems inthe hollow between their legs

I think she has your eyes, only darker. Sometimes babies look nothing like their parents. My best friend is white and his ex-wife is black. Their daughter has bright red hair and is very fair complected, go figure? She is cute though. Congrats!

She's got your cute nose! What a beautiful little one, who cares who she looks like! It does become more noticeable the older your child gets as to who she looks like!
