Wow, you sound like you are going through alot. You really need to de-stress your life, because stress is one of the number one causes of most health issues. First just take some time for yourself and RELAX. Do something you enjoy doing, whether it's reading or watching TV. Next, try to set certain study times each day to catch up on your homework, and figure out a schedule for yourself and set specific goals of when you need to get what accomplished by. Write it down, and make sure to refer to it. This will help you be organized and therefore less stressed as you work to complete your goals. Also, eating healthy is very important. Try to all three meals every day, or 6 smaller meals. Choose healthy foods that will give you the energy you need to study. Make sure to eat fruit and veggies! If you work on your diet, this will seriously improve your stress level! Next, make sure to get the proper amount of sleep! This is very important. About a half hour before you need to sleep, put everything aside, and do something relaxing like reading or taking a bath. After working on some of these other issues, sleep will come easier and then you will definitely notice a difference in your attitude overall. As for the guy problems, if they are causing you stress then cut them out lol! One more tip is it has been proven that people who watch at least half an hour of a humorous video that makes them laugh are less stressed for the next 24 hours. So you should try to watch a really funny sitcom perhaps once a day. I suggest Friends, it's garauntee to get a few laughs! After doing all these things, your life should feel much more organized and stress free. If you are still experiencing problems, then you might want to see a dr for additional advice.

You need to slowdown. Take a break. If you are recovering from illness you cannot do as much as you did before.

#1" Eat regualr meals, and watch what foods you choose. Not lots of sugar and refined things. That causes bloodsugar problems. Hypoglycemia (lowbloodsugar) causes anxiety and rage. I know I deal with often.

#2: Get enough sleep. Sleep a good long 8 or 9 hours. If you feel you can't sleep do some repetative exercizing, of strtching. Take a walk where you won't be bothered. (Stay Safe)...

Sleep is basic and very needed, especially when in your teens. (Did I get your age right?)
Learn to relax. It is a learnable skill. Find a meditaiton that works for you. Watching your breathing is ususally a good start. Just sit and feel your muscles, and relax them, and observe you breathing.

#3 Forget the "boy troubles". If you have studies/classwork to do that is more important. If you are tired sleep, if you need to eat don't let some horny guy take you to a junky restuant. Get some good food when you need it.

AND go see a DOCTOR if you can. You may have something that needs to be monitored. And it sounds like you could use some good information from a person who has more facts.

I totally know what your talking about. I went through that last year and it sucked. I had no one to talk to,my grades were dropping, I couldn't sleep at night because I was always thinking about how my life sucked and to top it all off I started breaking down in school. It was so embarassing, I didn't even have a reason most of the time. I would be sitting there in class, and then wham, here comes the tears, and the I get mad that I'm crying and cry some more. If it is to hard to tell your parents, you could do what I do and talk to the teacher you trust the most, tell your counsler whats going on so that maybe he can help out with the pile of homework you got, or do self analysis and be your own psychologist or something. Hang in there man.

This probably won't help with present situation as this takes time but having the ability to do multiple mental feats at once will alievate much of this so called stress. This man Harry Kalne was able to do six things at once yet he only had an average brain you or me. Heres the link of course he made to combat stress and to use far more of our brain in unbelievable way. http://www.rexresearch.com/kahne/kahne.htm He made his mind do what he wanted it to do literally!
