I have a room mate that I seriously need to get rid of. He pays the rent on time and that's a plus but he's always in the bathroom, doesn't even leave the house (unless it's to go to the gym), and then he expects me to share the chores with him. Now I understand that I should do my part seeing as I share the household but the way he puts it makes it seem like I should be cleaning up after him. I work close to 12 hours a day so I don't really have time to do an entire run through the house and clean every single edge and corner of it every weekend. But I do make sure to clean u[ after myself. All I ask is that he do the same. But because of his lack of understanding that I work and he doesn't I wanna find the legal way to evict him. I should mention that he picked a fight with my boyfriend and me almost resulting in an all out brawl. So tell me, 2 weeks or 30 days notice to evict?

IF HE IS ONE THE LEASE THEN HE DOESN'T HAVE TO MOVE. IF HE IS NOT AND PAYING RENT TO YOU THEN YOU HAVE TO GIVE HIM A 30 DAY NOTICE TO EVICT. GOOD LUCK

I would say 30 days would be nicer of you, but you should research your state laws on renting and such.

Some states, if someone has their belongings in the place, and they've stayed there, that's also their residence-regardless of who's name is on the lease-assuming you're renting a place. If the lease is just in your name, then it's between you and your landlord to evict the guy, and the landlord can hold you at fault as well if you went against the lease by allowing someone else to move in.

As far as you kicking the guy out, if he refuses to leave, you may have to go through an eviction process through court. Like I said, need to check on that.

I had a friend, her adult daughter moved back home with them, she turned into a pain in the a$$, tried to attack
mom with a baseball bat, mom through her out, cops came and said Nope, sorry, she's been living here, you need to go to court and have her formally evicted.....

It's usually 30 days for a legal eviction, but if he hasn't signed a lease, then you can just boot him... If he is on the lease, and he pays his share of the rent, then you're going to have a problem evicting him on the basis that he doesn't clean up after himself.

seems such as you're nonetheless at your plateau. Do you consume a similar ingredient perpetually on your eating regimen? if so, replace it up. replace up your work out. often gyms have running shoes there which could instruct you ways to with that and maximum do a million or 2 consults for loose. i could say those 2 issues would be a ingredient of you no longer dropping anymore weight yet I do elect to compliment you for what you have already lost! good interest! i know it gets problematical yet in simple terms save up the coolest artwork, possibly make some minor variations and you gets extra consequences quickly! =)

First, it depends on whose name is on the lease. If it's the roommates, then you can't get rid of him. If it's yours, then talk to the landlord to see if there are any options there.
