The biggest reason they say you should take them at the same time each day is so that it becomes routine and you don't foget. If there's a couple of hours difference, it's not really going to do anything.

It should be as close as you can get it. I've been on it 5 years and usually take it within the same hour (or so), have taken it accidentally the next day before, or much later the right day, etc.). Keep in mind the 99% is 1 in 99 women using it CORRECTLY for an entire year will get pregnant. Maybe I was just lucky or don't have enough sex lol. Aim for within the same hour--or exactly the same time. Set your cell phone alarm. I take it around 9-9:30 each night, I find I'm usually not asleep, not doing anything I can't interrupt, etc. so it's a good time for me.

Just try to take it within the same hour every day, that should be close enough. There are birth control pills out there that you only have to take weakly or monthly as well. If you are having a difficult time remembering to take them, these may be a better option for you. Ask your doctor about them. They also have shots that last for 3 months and patches.
Don't forget to protect yourself from STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases). Many have devastating effects on your life, are incurable and can lead to death!

Read the pill packet they are all different. Some it needs to be within 30 minutes or 60 minutes, others you have up to 6 or 12 hours.

it's a block time. for instance if u r supposed 2 take it at 6:00 then u should take it somewhere between 5 and 7. but taking it between 6 and 7 is best.

try to keep it as close as is reasonably possible, an hour or two off wont hurt anything but the key is to keep a constant leval of hormone in your body at all times. The closer you take them to the same time each day the more effective they are, but close to the same time is good enough.

its best to take it within the same hour each day...this maintains the proper level of hormonal balance within the body which will downplay side effects, and ensure that u are balanced enough for the medication to be properly effective

Just generally the same time every day. You wouldn't want to take it at 8:02 one day and then 8:59 the next, that's nearly an hour's difference.

I do it when I get up and shower... it is usually the same time every day and nah, so long as you remember to take it and a full day has not passed, life is still good and protected.
