questions about negative things they have seen with seniors? does it make you wonder if they have nothing better to do than try to hurt someone or get inflammatory comments? just wondering...so many nasty and negative questions about seniors recently

Yes, I've noticed the mean comments directed at seniors. The little cowards. They wouldn't have the courage to say those things in person. I'm surprised they can even find this category. I used Yahoo!Answers for a long time before I stumbled into Senior Citizens. What we probably need to do is ignore them so they will get bored and go away. I gave a sassy reply to a couple of them, so I need to heed my own advice.

I agree with you! Even the trolls were kinder than some of the latest negative answerers on this site! I don't think that these negative people have much of a life, and somehow manage to find something nasty to say or question. In fact, I think they have just renamed themselves and the trolls are indeed returned to this site!

The troll is bringing them in, she posts on other yahoo sites bashing the seniors and asking others to come here and harass them with her. She calls you ladies a bunch of stupid old hags and is rounding up other trolls and bringing them here, but y'all think she is an innocent victim of the dozen regular members who have been banned and/or are leaving here because they arent interested in her childish games.
So enjoy -- pretty soon no older members will be left here, just the troll and her new buddy - I know she has one, maybe more than one with her pitiful whining about being the victim, so how come SHE doesnt have any thumbs down if we are all supposed to be out to get her?
Only the people she has promised to get rid of have the thumbs down -- too bad people arent smart enough to notice that
I enjoyed my time here, but when I start getting hate mail from members I thought were friends, like Pat Moorman defending the troll its time to take a very long leave of absence, but I do want to say thank you to all of you who are my friends, and I do want to stay in touch --

I love nasty. It's a positive thing if you use yer imagination! Negativity is the root of the balance of an alternate souce of power. Did I just say that? I think I'm possessed. I love this crap! I live for it! I'm glad I came back tonight! I most definatley feel a "presence" in this room.

Good point....and I thought perhaps it was just me noticing this.
Hey these kids are forgetting that it's the grandparents that got the homes and the MONEY. Many of their parents are max'ed out on the credit cards and in DEBT to the eyeballs.
.....and grandparents leave it ...TO - THEIR -"FAVOURITES"

There sure has been a lot of them tonight! I don't get to riled. I answer or don't. If some are doing it for sport and we ignore them and don't get upset they will stop. It's no fun if they can't get a rise out of the "old folks."

I think they are trolls just looking for a good time. I guess they think seniors are a good target. They will get bored and move on. Not too worry.

like i said before..... think of your own grandparents when you want to bash the older ones!!!! would you want someone to mistreat you grandparents???? Have some patience and deal with them...... they wont be around forever and they paved the way for you so slow your roll there people...... i totally agree with you!!! Sorry about the whole ranting thing... didnt mean it!
