Hetfield. Without a doubt.

Robb Flynn from Machine Head or Megadeth's Dave Mustaine would be next, followed by Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden. There's dozens more brilliant metal vocalists but Metallica's James Hetfield takes the cake.
