send you to physical therapey ,but it was no better,then went to another doctor to find out you broke the main bone to foot .but i need to know is can you draw workers comp and unemployment,and this happened may 7.2007

There are time limits on everything. Talk to a lawyer. I think employers can fight workers comp, so you may not get it right away or unemployement. Best to talk to a lawyer.

Sorry I have no clue and I'm unsure why i'm responding since I have no clue besides the fact that I got hurt on the job as well but the doctors found stuff wrong with me. I think if your personal doctor found you to be hurt then that would supercede the workers comp doctors claims but thats only me tring to be logical and I have no real life experiences to base that on. I have a workers comp attorney which you would probably need to get since they dont seem to be working with you. If it is found to be true and related to a work injury then I would think it should be retroactive. in the benefits
