*blush* LOL

I am fairly tall (5'7") and my height is ALL in my legs-- so I've had that song sung to me pretty often over the years...
Its a nice compliment-- but you know me, I blush at most all compliments...

I LOVE The Home Team!!! Up until this year I have only missed them in concert once since 1981 & that was when they closed The Summit. Well it was called The Compaq Center then. First time I ever saw them was when they opened for The Stones in the Dome back in 81.

My favorite album by them is Tres Hombres. I miss being able to go to Leo's to eat. Man that was some good food there! The plate of mexican food on the album foldout is from Leo's. But my favorite tune by them is Low Down In The Street from Degüello. With Just Got Paid from Rio Grande Mud running a very close 2nd.

There is a bar-b-que joint just down the road from me called Brother In Laws that Billy goes to on occassion but I have never been lucky enuff to see him there. Wouldn't want to say anything to him if I did anyways as he would be there for the purpose of gettin his belly full of some good bar-b-que & NOT to be bothered by fans.

If ya go back to their roots and check out their very first album from 1970. Just an amazing album. Some highlights off the album are "Neighbor, Neighbor" ,"Bedroom Thang." and "Brown Sugar." Jimi Hendrix called Billy Gibbons the best guitarist he had ever heard back in 1969. Just absolute amazing guitar tone on this album. Great Blues Rock. Do yourself a favor and check it out if ya love the "Little ol' band from Texas."

Not a big fan of them... and when I was younger I used to be creeped out by them and their beards.
But I am going to have to admit that La Grange is kick a** song to play on the guitar.

I like everything they did to El Loco. After that, they were still good but more commercial oriented, and the music started to be repetitious.
I'm a ZZ fan, seen'em a bunch of times, and they still rock out!!
Fav song?? Today it's Blue Jean Blues from Fandango.
