My boyfriend has a few bubbles in different areas on both of his arms. I can run my fingers across his skin, and I feel a bubble. It's like a cyst. And there are at least 4 total in both arms. Are these dangerous to his health? And how can they be removed? I know it sounds silly but, can I bash them with a hardcover book to see if they pop?

Remind me to not go out with you when you carry hardcover books.

The cyst-like bubbles could be .... cysts?

Normally, cysts are not harmful, but if they developed recently then the change could indicate that something harmful has occurred. In which case a doctor's visit would be in order.
