Off hand, I can't think of any. The closest is probably Korea and northern Korea since they have technically been in a state of war since 1950. Pakistan sponsors violent groups wanting part of India to secceed but they are not actively fighting each other. Palestine is not a nation nor is Kurdistan so they do not count. Most current wars seem to be internal affairs and the Iraq and the USA are allies so that cannot be called a war. No, I don't believe there are any.

i don't think there are any acutally declared wars over land currently. But there are disputes over land between heaps of countries - this websites claims 46 disputes.
