Would this be a legal attempt in an NHL overtime shootout?

In my very humble opinion, players SHOULD be allowed and encouraged by the rules and by the 'unwritten code' to do Hot Dog moves in the shootout. After all, the primary reason for the shootout is to increase the entertainment value of the product, not the extra point.
And I still think the NHL did the right thing to have shootouts in regular season games.
