Well you'd probably get 20 counts of distributing marijuana, not very good at all lots of jail time.

It actually depends on how old the minor in question is, what state you are in and several other factors.
In some states, they can treat you like an adult as soon as age 15! That is rare and they usually only treat minors like adults for extreme things, like rape, murder and kid napping. If some one died as a result of taking the Brownies, that would be homicide.
In a case like that, they could go after the kids parents and sue them if they wanted. But they could also decide to prosecute the kid. The judge may end up saying in the end, "You are 15 years old and committed this crime, I sentence you to 25 years to life!"
The minor would then be sent to a juvenile detention centre until s/he turned 18. At that point, the courts would evaluate the situation. They would say: Did this punishment fit the crime? Is s/he reformed enough to go back to society or do we need to send them to prison to finish their sentence? Or do we need to sent them to a psyche ward?
They would really evaluate each individual case separately.
If they decided to release the person when they are 18, they would, by law, be required to seal the juvenile records for the rest of their life. Only in extreme circumstances would they be able to open them files and check their juvie record. Such as if they need a security clearance to work in the White House.

well if you are planning on doing this please know that you could actually kill someone. There are certain medications that might interact with this drug and cause a deadly reaction and you could get some YEARS in prision. If you are feeding this to people at work, you WILL get fired.
Some states (not sure where you live) product tampering is a class B felony with a sentence range from 2 to 5 years.
I dont think that the 10 minutes of fun you will have from watching people ingest this is worth the trouble
Attorney's fees alone will cost you a few grand
I would suggest you skip this idea
At the very least you will have 20-25 people anixous to get revenge on you and they might not do it in the same way, they might put LSD or urine in your water
not a road you should consider going down

YOU WILL DIE!!! Isnt that what the 'authorities' tell us? But, you wont, you may feel so heavy that you dont think you can get up for a while. Eating weed, ganga, pot, etc is the best way to use the drug, as you have few direct side effects, like smelling rank, and lung cancer, so, a good move. But, it is different, more subtle, and takes time to come on. So sometimes people consume too much, its a bit like the delay the Earth has reacting to climate change, you need to slow down and go easy, cos if you push it too far, its like an unstoppable avalanche; scoffing more brownies until you feel a high will see you very heavily affected in an hour or so. (someone once advised me to carry serapax? when visiting "those" sorts of friends, as it was believed to bring people back "down" from their high, but it may have been for other drugs, long time ago). So, make two lots of brownies, the pot ones to start off, then some inactive one for munching while you wait, and a small joint would be ok. Dont "poly drug" use; mixing drugs will have longer term effects. Pot has no known, consistant outcome of psychosis, so is FAR safer than alcohol, tobacco, cocaine, speed, crack, and heroin. You MAY feel paranoid if you get REALLY stoned, so best to do it only in the safest, securest environment, not a local park, or anywhere public. Also depends on the strength of the weed. Also depends on where you got it, in Australia there were cases of people making "buddha sticks" which were dipped in horse tranqueliser, VERY dangerous, this is the criminal part of being denied the right to grow it for PERSONEL CONSUMPTION. The laws can be draconian, and frankly mindless. I have lost friends and family members to alcohol abuse, heroin use, and amphetamines. Alcohol is sooo bad, there must be some element of conspiracy to maintain the insane criminalisation of the weed consumer (to protect sales of tobacco and booze?), when such enormous problems arise from alcohol use, (not abuse even). Dont Smoke too much, never mix with tobacco, and never use other drugs at the same time, even some pharmaceuticals are inadvisable, if you trust your doctor, talk to him/her. ["Surveys have also indicated that people who admit to using cannabis report more psychotic symptoms. One study found that in the general population, using cannabis doubled the likelihood of reporting one or more psychotic experiences in a 12-month period. The risk of developing psychosis is believed to be increased by: The use of stronger forms of cannabis (for example, hashish, (hydro)/skunk) Prolonged cannabis use The use of greater amounts of cannabis A personal history of (pre-existant) psychotic illness and/or A family history of psychotic illness"] However, many of these studies have been compromised due to a lack of 'filtering' to remove people from the study who had abused OTHER drugs prior to their usage of pot. The organisation conducting the study, terms of reference, place, year, and previous issues of individual drug use, etc have TAINTED the findings of MANY so called "studies".

Hello,
If you are over 14 you can be treated like a adult in some states. By this time you should know better. Charged with a lot of things! Juvenile detention is in your future.
Under 14 to 12 it is iffy in some states how they want to charge you. Juvenile detention might be in your future.
Under 11, you are a kid and might have to go to juvenile detention for a very short time.
Whomever you got the marijuana from is the one you may have to be afraid of. You may have to spill the beans on where you got it.

You may have to go to drug counseling in all instances. If someone has a bad reaction to the marijuana you can be charged with whatever happens as a result. Who knows if the street marijuana has anything lased in it.

Anyways I feel it would be a waste of your time. Regardless of the consequesnces.

Jail time for sure. Some kids put some weed brownies in the teachers lounge and they ended up with felony charges. Not something you want my friend.

A Minor is not likely to receive the same sentence as an adult. Probably a suspended sentence, or a good behavior bond.

It would probably depend upon who those people were. If they are people that are anti-mj, he will get between 18 mos. and 5 years. Now, if they liked it, he may have more friends then he knows what to do with.
