He means marriage papers. Also he wants to be boss of the house. I told him that this has to stop and he needs to move out because of several things besides this. He said he legally is supposed to get a 30 day notice before I can tell him to leave. He doesn't work and finds excuses not to.

You can go to the court and have legally evicted. If you live in a community property state, then everything that was purchased after the marriage happened is legally both of yours. Also, if he has not worked the majority of the time you were married, he can get alimony. So hopefully you are not in a community property state. Leave that deadbeat!!!!!!!!

In most states it's a50 50 split he can stay in the house as long as you 2 have not file any paperwork. The police can not remove him because you don't Love him. If he has hit you then that's a different story. Just yelling at someone is not enough of a reason for them to remove him. They can ask him to leave but he can say no.

Welcome to marriage and reality. Once you get rid of this bum you need to learn the facts of life FAST learn them now or learn them the hard way:

1. There is no Santa
2. There might be a Bigfoot
3. All men cheat, almost all women cheat
4. Marriage ruins relationships (moving in is the same)
5. Everyone lies (you even lie to yourself)
6. Life is not fair

Good luck and Happy Holidays. Email me
if you want to hear the truth. You can ask me anything.
I don't lie.

in most states everything is half and unfortunately he is right. you do have to give him a 30 day notice. bullcrap, i know, but the law sucks on things like this. i would have to give one to my kids too unless they are damaging the property. did you see the clue that i am giving, or if they fail to pay their share of rent. this one is hard to prove so the first is easier to do.

to give a 30 day is easy, simply right a letter and certified mail it to him and only him. then when you go to court, the judge will laugh, but will grant you the winnings. good luck tho!

He is full of SHI*. If you really want him out call the cops and have him removed from the home. You do not have to give 30 days to him.

Good Luck

then give him a 30 day notice!

seriously, just go talk to a lawyer, they'd be more than happen to get all the paperwork you need to get the job done.
