You can set an administrator password for the purpose. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts. Select "Administrator" and click on "Set Password". Enter your new password, confirm it and click Apply. In future your computer will ask for password whenever you start it. If you don't want ANYONE from accessing your computer, you can also disable the Guest account from User Accounts.
