what happens if she still doesnt come to court?

my wife wont come to court to get a divorce and has her family lieing about her and my sons whereabouts and now the judge has ordered me to serve her one more time what happens then and if cps gets involved which he said will happen if she doesnt come the next court hearing how long after that will i see my son cause she is avoiding the courts and the mentor called to speak to her family and im the back ground heard the mother of my ex talking a bunch of crap?

If she refuses to go to court - the court has 2 options - first is to file contempt of court charges against her for no-show and 2 - all her requests with regards to the divorce proceedings with not be granted and everything will favor the husband. The lawyers should be the ones to convince her to show up and not you. Cops will not be involved in divorce proceedings or serving papers or subpoenas. If your lawyer is any good - he/she should be able to have all favorable agreements granted to you and not your wife. But as far as custody is concerned - that's a totally separated issue from divorce proceedings.

would help to know where you were getting a divorce at. since in most places it doesn't matter if either of you show up to court or not. in fact, if one of you doesn't, it could very much work in the favor of the person who did show up. as long as there is proof that papers have been attempted to be served upon the other person, that ought to be enough.

dont worry pal i went through the same. my ex girlfriend tried the same and now i have full custody of my 10 year old daughter. just play it cool in court don't even look her way and remember its about your kids not you and not her. women always show there *** in court depending on age or if there employed by the court. just play it cool and you will get what you want like i did
