do they have the right to vote as well? Should we send down some absentee ballots? what party do you think they'd vote for?

No, they have no Constitutional rights. The Constitution applies only to those living in the United States of America, and the last time I checked, Cuba wasn't a state.

That said, they are deserving of human rights and fair treatment. They should not be tortured. However, waterboarding is not torture.

As they are not citizens they cannot vote, as I cannot, in your elections - however under the third Geneva convention, prisoners of war, noncombatants, combatants who have put down their arms, combatants wounded, detained etc. shall be treated humanely - there will be not degrading or humiliating treatment of such.

Nope they should be shot on sight...There are murderers and rapist..They would kill your grand ma if allah told them to do it....I,d get a bunch of pigs and kill the pigs and all the prisoners except for one...All togther at one time...I,d video tape it and send the tape to al-jazzer t.v.This would scare the hell out of them all!!!!!!
