Watching the Broncos / Texans game. All I hear is the crowd and the head umpire when on the mic. Are there no commentators?

Thanks for the info. I guess the problem is related to my local cable provider. The only audio I have is the crowd and umpire. No commentators and no audio during commercials. Very weird.

Also, just to clarify, one of the referees in the NFL is called the umpire. But you are right that the head official is the referee.

Definition: The umpire is the official that lines up approximately five yards off the line of scrimmage on the defensive side of the ball.

Tom Hammond and Chris Collinsworth are the commentators.

I have no idea, I don't think the network comes into my family's home. And even if it does, I wouldn't be watching it. But I would think there would be annoucers for the game, btu maybe they are being quite. In fotoball, he would be a refree, umpries are in baseball. Just to let you know that, but I would also think that you would know that to, in less you live in a cave. And please don't try to convice me that is where you live.
