At the risk of sounding cliche, I'm going to go with Stairway.

An amazing story of hope and holding on no matter how hard it gets. You have to analyze the words of that song like you would a poem. It's a classic story that means so much more and is so much more than a cool guitar solo and powerful vocals.

I even wrote a paper on that song many years ago.
