The Supreme Court is not an elected position, it is appointed by the President and approved by the Senate. So, in effect, when you elect a President you are choosing who will be appointed.

Is this a real question? No one gets elected into the Supreme Court. A person is nominated by the President. Then they are either confirmed or not confirmed by the Senate.
