depending on how close your 30 something is to the 40 ish, im closer to the 40ish and it scaring me back to the future...... I think I am in mid life right now cos I want to do all those things I didnt do when I was in my 20s.......

no...don't do it yet (although I went through a mini "crisis" about 3 years ago when I turned 30...it only lasted 3 months....)

naw not till 40...but with women its the change of life and menopause but not nessisarily at 40 but some do...enjoy it while you can sex life gets better at that time lol
