Before disbursing loans, clients are asked to pay certain fees and is it legal and genuine?

i would no say they were legit or not but i would not pay and upfornt fees to borrow money!!!!

I totally agree with happyjack.

Do not deal with loan agencies that asks you to send
money so that they can process your loans.

Tell them that they can deduct their fees from the money
that they will loan you. For sure, you will not hear from
them again. They intend to get your money but not
give you a loan.

A definite scam. Any lender who requires up front fees for the loan or to transfer the funds to you is a scam.

If they want you to pay before disbursing loan funds say good bye and leave.

Rule 1) If they ask for fees upfront they are SCAMMERS.

Rule 2) Never forget Rule 1).
