And just because someone regurgitates talking points doesn't make them true.

You're putting words in my mouth. I never said they couldn't be offensive; I merely asked why do they try to be offensive. Big difference, but I suppose you'll probably never understand what it is.

i assume in case you prefer to circulate with a activities analogy, battling a conflict to win may be 'offense' and battling one 'to sidestep dropping' may be 'protection.' The Republicans are battling the conflict in Iraq 'to sidestep dropping' - appropriate case, the conflict is going on continuously, yet consumes fewer and much less aspects until it somewhat is basically a gaggle human beings militia bases in a as a rule-pacified united states the place suicide bombers kill fewer human beings than site visitors injuries. The Democrats do no longer prefer to combat the conflict in any respect - pull out, carry the troops domicile, bypass the nice and comfortable potato to the UN. If Iraq finally ends up an Iranian puppet state, too undesirable, so unhappy (isn't it undesirable what Bush did). Iran with a puppet state or 2, or maybe a nuke or 2, nonetheless isn't distinctive a possibility that it could no longer be disregarded in choose of companion and little ones subject concerns via even a 2-term Democrat interior the oval workplace.

Are you serious? You need to stop listening to the garbage the Dems are spouting. Read, listen, watch politics for a while and you will see the shadiness is mainly on the liberal side of thing. Republicans may say some things you disagree with but the Dems are diliberately trying to sabotage the Presidency and any good they are trying to do. They are anti progress. They are against anything that they do not control or create. So if people don't see that (and that is the truth) then I really worry about them. And I'm not saying anyone has to be a republican, but I can surely see the shadiness. It is shameful and this partisianship it what is dragging our country down.

I have noticed over time that when it comes to being "offended" Liberals seem to think they have the patent. I have also noticed that many times what liberals refer to as "offensive",others refer to as the TRUTH. So I think you would have to be more specific about what you found "offensive" before I would give it any credence whatsoever.
Was that "offensive"??By the way there is also the little fact that you are guaranteed in the US the right to "freedom of speech",this in no way implies you have the right to not be "offended"
Having looked over your examples,I find your argument weak at best. Sarcasm, which is the worst that the one post could be accused of,is not offensive necessarily. Perhap you just need to grow up a bit.

I thought liberals were supposed to be "tolerant". I can't imagine any liberal feeling offended by someone exercising their free speech, which you often advocate as all encompassing regardless of what is said in the liberal spectrum. Wouldnt be "fair" to censor one group now would it?

Just cheap attention-getting tactics, like the little boy who feels ignored so he starts running around screaming nonsense at the top of his lungs.
Pretty much the reason Yahoo Answers invented the "Troll Blocking" feature.
Now if they could come up with an "Ignore Completely" feature. That would be one WONDERFUL Christmas present.

Why does it seem like Democrats try to be offensive?
Why are some people offensive?
Why does this and that and on and on and...
Life is offensive sometimes, get over it.

SOME are narcissistic. So it is a mental disorder.
danielle (above) Does make a good point. On YA both sides give as good as they get. In the real world, neo-cons are much more likely to spew in valid venom at those who dare to oppose them.
