What type of jacket or sweater should I wear with a beaded-neck dress?

I'm thinking about buying this dress: http://www.dillards.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=301&storeId=301&langId=-1&productId=501386900 or one similar to it, but I'm not sure what kind of light jacket or sweater I could wear with it indoors since the beads on the neckline are chunky and would look awkward under a clingy cardigan-type sweater. i would go with either a nice shrug, or a cardigan that is long (hip length) and falls nicely (doesn't bunch around at the bottom).
