If nothing else you would be fitter. But it depends on what your diet is like. If you eat a lot of junk food then you might find you wont really loose much, but if your diet is a bit of both then yes you will probably see a difference soon enough.

Yes you would. Not if you eat crazy but usually exercise is enough and if you are exercising, you do need to eat to keep the energy so you won't tire out easy.

In most cases, YES!
That's WHY I exercise...so I can eat whateverthehell I want to eat, wheneverthehell I want to eat it!
What's funny though...is after you've been working out, putting all that energy into it, you'll find it a whole lot easier to say not to the so called "junk" foods. You simply don't want that sh*t in your bady after you've been putting forth effort, getting in good shape.
