When you upload someone else's music on a music profile, you are claiming it as your own. Hence, if the record company that owns the music were to pursue charges on copyright infringement, they could .. but that is highly unlikely in a case as trivial as a Myspace profile ..

Most that'll happen is they will delete your account.

You could get hit with a "cease and desist" lawsuit. You may avoid that if you clearly state that the site is NOT affiliated with Britney Spears and/or her affiliates.

First if someone really wants to do something it can be deleted.
If she did find out and you were saying you were her etc. and saying its official she could charge you for impersonating a person and since they are celebrities its kinda like impersonating a higher official because what you say affects them in a huge way or whatever.

They will find out. Best case scenario, they make you take it down. Worst case, they sue you into oblivion.

Don't do it, esp. for a looooozer like Brit Brit.
