Your conversion formula is incorrect. It should be:

C = (5/9)(F - 32°)

Plug in the value for F and solve for C.

C = (5/9)(-13° - 32°) = (5/9)(-45°) = -25°

Put -13 into the equation in place of the C, multiply by 1.8 and and add 32.

C=5/9(f-32) so its 5/9(-13-32)= -25
